Hi! I am Natalie Hall, and I am a Board Certified Advanced NeuroVascular Clinician and Nurse Practitioner. I work in Nashville, TN in the adult Neurosurgery Clinic at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I primarily work with the cerebrovascular team, but do spend some time in clinic with the brain tumor group as well. I really enjoy the clinic environment, where I have the opportunity to spend time with patients and their families discussing the pathology and imaging findings together. My biggest accomplishment thus far in my career is becoming a Board Certified Advanced NeuroVascular Clinician through the ANVC after completing an intense cerebrovascular fellowship (NET SMART AP). This experience gave me a solid foundation of stroke knowledge, helped advance my clinical skills tremendously, and has allowed for many exciting opportunities that otherwise would not have been possible. I've had the unique opportunities to participate as a roundtable discussion leader at the International Stroke Conference Advanced Practice Provider Luncheon the past few years (2017, 2018, 2019), facilitate a hands-on learning experience for shunt management at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons' Pediatric Neurological Surgery Section Meeting (2018), and speak about the APP role in cerebrovascular neurosurgery at the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology annual meeting (2019). When I'm not at work, I love to get outdoors and have fun with my husband, our daughter (16 months), and our two dogs Marley and Fitz. My husband and I love to travel, and have been toting our daughter with us on adventures to Hawaii, Italy, and Greece this past year.
