NVC3 Board Bio - Samarth Shah

Samarth Shah, PharmD is the Regional Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Mercy Health in Janesville, Wisconsin. He served as the Acute Stroke Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at our comprehensive stroke center in Memphis for several years where he standardized stroke prescribing and mentored numerous physicians, residents, advanced practice providers, bedside nurses and other pharmacists. He left to support his wife’s career when she was accepted into residency in Wisconsin.
