This review course covers topics on neuroanatomy, clinical localization, reperfusion treatments, complication voidance, secondary stroke prevention, and more! Ideal review course for stroke unit nurses and neurocritical care nurses.

The NVRN Core Curriculum book is your handout for this review course. No additional handouts will be provided at the time of the in-person or virtual review course.

NVRN eligibility requirements include:

Licensed as a registered nurse in country of origin
Evidence of provision of a minimum of 1,000 hours of clinical care to acute stroke patients in the immediate 12 months preceding application; Clinical care hours may include provision of any of the following:
- consultation
- direct clinical care
- participation in research or quality improvement projects
- administration
- stroke center coordination, or provision of nursing staff or patient education

If you do not have 1000 hours, but believe you have accumulated enough expertise to be successful on the examination, you may obtain your supervisor's signature indicating that he/she agrees that you have the requisite knowledge to sit for the certification examination.

ANVC's Refund/Cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation 30 days prior to event = Full Refund
Cancellation 15 days prior to event = 50% Refund
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to event = 0 Refund
