Lisa Ziomek is the stroke coordinator of a PSC+ center in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is the chairperson of the Arizona Stroke Coordinator Workgroup and a member of the leadership committee and data committee within the Phoenix Stroke Workgroup. She is a core clinical preceptor to BSN students at Chamberlain University. Partnered with the AZDHS, Lisa is on the planning committee, and a presenter for the EMS and Rural Summit.
Lisa received her Master of Nursing and Master of Healthcare Administration (MSN/MHA) from the University of Phoenix. She graduated in May 2023 with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) concentration in Innovative Leadership from Arizona State University.
Lisa is a board-certified Advanced Stroke Coordinator (ASC-BC) and Certified Neuro Interventional Clinician (CNIC-BC).
